The Owner was kind every time we saw him while on our vacation. Our last day, we paid to keep our luggage there after check out until our flight. I forgot my phone right on top of my bag…an hour and a freak out later, returned to Smile Mart to find it with the owner. Kind, honest, smiling. Also- bought a nice pair of sandals I still wear (almost 3 months later), clean, fun environment. Will return. Thank you and blessings!
Adam is worth the visit! He was above and beyond any other "worker" I've come across in a store, especially a beach store. We walked around a lot in the area and found this store to have not only the best prices, but the most honesty. He never tried to push a sale on me and had a genuine smile on his face the half dozen times we went to the store, per day. I have so many more details I could add to express how great of impact he had on our vacation. Cool dude, great little store - go visit!
Super friendly staff. We had a cruise debark early and a late evening flight. This was right down the street from the beach and we got an extra day in our vacation. We used the bounce luggage storage here.
We go above and beyond for our customers. We have everything from groceries to drones. We carry clothes, beach gear, cigarettes, pipes, CBD, smoothies, and so much more. We deliver too!
We left our luggage here through Bounce and it was a great experience. We also did a little shopping for beach supplies and such, it is a great store with good prices for the area! They were very helpful but didn't try to push products on us like others!
We had about six hours to kill after finishing our cruise at Port Everglades before heading to the airport. We really wanted to squeeze in one last visit to the beach, but we had all of our luggage with us. After finding Bounce luggage storage online, we chose Smiley Food and Deli—and we are so glad we did. The location is perfect: just a few blocks from North Fort Lauderdale Beach, making it a quick and easy walk to the sand. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the generosity and kindness of the owners. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even allowed us to use the restroom to change, which made a huge difference and showed such genuine hospitality. We felt completely secure knowing our luggage was safe while we enjoyed one final, carefree day at the beach. This was hands-down the best decision we could have made, and the level of service exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend Smiley Food and Deli—not just for luggage storage, but for the kindness and care they show their customers. Truly a gem in Fort Lauderdale!
